Central to its ethos is the belief in nurturing talent and democratizing access to artistic training. Through Concept Video Intensives, DMD offers aspiring dancers a unique opportunity to hone their skills under the guidance of seasoned company professionals, culminating in fully produced DMD videos that showcase their talent. Moreover, DMD remains dedicated to fostering community growth and artistic exchange. Through Training Weeks, the company invites esteemed contemporary artists to share their expertise with the vibrant Las Vegas dance community, enriching the cultural landscape and fostering collaboration.
