In the wake of COVID-19 the performing arts have been increasingly difficult to access in a time where people crave experiences beyond what they have been able to be a part of. Contain brings the arts into homes of people near and far with a 30 minute dance composition inspired by the events of the pandemic. The composition is a presentation of a CDC compliant piece demonstrating the resilience and strength human beings possess in the face of adversity. We must acknowledge what has happened in order to move forward both artistically and with our every day lives.

Options for optimal viewing experience:
1. Connect your computer to a TV. You can do this by using an HDMI cord or any cord that works for your computer/TV combination.
2. If you have a smart TV, you can find the Contain premiere video on your YouTube app.
3. You can also watch Contain from your laptop, phone or other devices. Headphones or separate speakers are recommended for personal devices.

There are HD options available for streaming with high speed internet connections that can be found in the bottom right of the YouTube viewing window. (The video quality looks best at 720 or higher)
