Return Policy

We want you to love your purchase! If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.

Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of receiving the product. To qualify for a return, all items must be:

• Unworn, unused, and unwashed

• In their original packaging

• Accompanied by proof of purchase

Items that do not meet these conditions may not be eligible for a refund.

How to Start a Return

To begin the return process:

• Please email us at danimaloneydance@gmail.com with your order number and the item(s) you'd like to return and why.

• Once your return is approved, we’ll provide instructions and a return shipping label.

Return Shipping

• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item was incorrect or damaged.

Refunds

• Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

• If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

• Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Exchanges

We do not currently offer direct exchanges. If you'd like a different size or color, please return your item for a refund and place a new order.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and your order number so we can make it right.
